Stoppers and Pouring Rings for ISO-Thread Laboratory Bottles
Closure and pouring accessories for ISO-thread bottles. Three materials available to match the chemical and thermal demands of the application: PP for general use, PBTB with PTFE-coated silicone gasket, and ETFE for more aggressive conditions. Colour-coded for rapid sample identification.
Materials and Resistance
- PP (polypropylene): Thermal resistance up to 140 °C — general laboratory use
- PBTB with silicone/PTFE gasket: Up to 200 °C, greater chemical resistance than PP
- ETFE: Up to 200 °C, chemical resistance exceeding that of PP
Selecting the Right Variant
PP stoppers and rings cover most routine storage applications. When the reagent is aggressive or working temperature exceeds 140 °C, PBTB and ETFE models are the appropriate choice — no need to change the bottle.
Colour coding allows sample series to be distinguished at a glance. Particularly useful in high-throughput laboratories or where strict traceability protocols apply.
