Aluminium canes for organising and storing cryovials inside liquid nitrogen vessels. Compatible with the most common cryovial formats in laboratory use: 1.2 ml and 2 ml.

Typical Applications

Long-term storage of biological samples in liquid nitrogen. Canes insert directly into Dewar flasks and other cryogenic tanks fitted with a rack system. Widely used in biobanks, cell biology and genomics laboratories, and sperm or embryo storage facilities.

Aluminium retains structural integrity at -196 °C. No brittleness or warping across freeze-thaw cycles. More durable than cardboard canes — lighter than stainless steel. Compatible with cryogenic markers and low-temperature adhesive labels.
