Mixtasel-BL Electronic-Digital Control Centrifuge

Benchtop centrifuge with maintenance-free induction motor and fully electronic control. Designed for routine work in clinical, biological and research laboratories where reliability without frequent technical intervention is required.

Safety and Interlocks

Complies with UNE-EN 61010.2.020. Safety systems are active, not passive:

• Electromagnetic lock: prevents lid from opening while rotor is in motion
• Start interlock: prevents operation with lid open
• Automatic imbalance shutdown: stops the rotor and signals the fault with a visual indicator
• Emergency opening: manual release in the event of power failure

Controls and Operation

• Timer: adjustable from 1 to 60 minutes or continuous mode
• Ramp: electronically controlled acceleration and braking
• Speed: digital indicator — direct readout at all times
• Jog button: runs at selected speed while held depressed
• Elastic motor suspension: reduces vibration transmitted to the bench
• Internal insulation: absorbs noise and vibration — sound level between 50 and 60 dBA

Installation and Maintenance

Secured to the work surface via suction cup mounts — no screws, no drilling required. Rotors and adapters are laser-marked and autoclavable. Brushless induction motor: no wearing parts requiring periodic inspection.

Typical Applications

Phase separation in biological samples, cell sedimentation, sample preparation for clinical analysis and microbiology. Suited to laboratories with medium-to-high workloads requiring straightforward operation and minimal maintenance.
