Centrofriger BL-II Refrigerated Centrifuge

High-speed refrigerated centrifuge with maintenance-free induction motor. All-metal construction designed for heavy-use environments: Dur-Al alloy outer cabinet, stainless steel inner bowl and lid, and a steel safety chamber interposed between the bowl and the outer cabinet.

Safety and Rotor Detection

Integrated rotor identification sensor — on closing the rotor chamber lid, the microprocessor automatically receives the operating limits for the installed rotor head. Eliminates the risk of setting out-of-range parameters before a run. Open system allowing expansion of the available rotor range for each model. Rotor heads, buckets and adaptors identified by permanent laser engraving.

Refrigeration and Ventilation System

Hermetic compressor unit mounted on anti-vibration coupling with evaporator surrounding the inner bowl — design specific to refrigerated models. Ducted airflow directed to rear exhaust to minimise temperature rise inside the bowl with minimal resistance to airflow.
