What They Do

Improper storage degrades electrode response quickly. The membrane desiccates and the diaphragm becomes blocked. These solutions prevent that deterioration by maintaining the correct internal conditions during storage.

Also used to regenerate dried-out electrodes or those showing slow response times.

When to Use

• Short-term storage: weekends or shutdowns of a few days
• Long-term storage: holidays, production shutdowns, standby instruments
• Regeneration: electrodes exhibiting slow response or excessive drift due to desiccation
