Why it works

Most labs handling microtubes run all three formats simultaneously — 0.5, 1.5 and 2 ml. Two separate racks means wasted bench space and an extra item to track. The reversible design eliminates that: invert the rack and it's ready for the next format.

Polypropylene holds up well against common solvents, dilute acids and moderate bases. Autoclavable — goes straight into the sterilisation cycle with the rest of the labware, no separate treatment required.

Typical applications

Molecular biology, PCR, DNA/RNA extraction, biochemistry — anywhere Eppendorf-style microtubes are in routine use. Also common in clinical and diagnostic laboratories.
