Tall Form Borosilicate 3.3 Beaker ASTM E960
Tall form beaker manufactured in borosilicate 3.3 glass, type 1 class A. Meets ASTM E960. The thick, tall-wall geometry distributes heat evenly across the base and sides — a practical advantage when working with prolonged heating or direct flame sources.

Temperature Range and Heat Sources
Compatible with hot plate, direct flame, oven, microwave, and heating mantle. Standard autoclavable at 121 °C and 15 PSI for 5 minutes.

- Maximum short-term temperature: Up to 490 °C
- Minimum temperature: Down to -230 °C
Do not immerse directly in cryogenic liquid. Not suitable for vacuum or pressure applications.
Typical Applications
Preparation and heating of solutions, aqueous reactions, evaporation, and dissolution. The tall form geometry is well suited for mechanically or magnetically stirred volumes — reduced spatter risk compared to standard form.
