Typical Use
Determination of alcoholic strength in red, white, and rosé wines. Widely used in wineries, oenological control laboratories, the food industry, and food technology teaching practice.
For reliable results, the sample must be at 20 °C at the time of measurement. At any other temperature, readings will deviate — correct accordingly or temper the sample before use.
