Two-axis positioning module designed to automate the filling of vials, bottles and tubes in conjunction with Perimatic pumps. Microprocessor control with up to 50 filling patterns stored in memory. Applications

Serial filling of vials, tubes and bottles in pharmaceutical, quality control and research laboratories. Where sample volumes make manual filling impractical and positional repeatability at the dispensing point is required. The drip delay control prevents cross-contamination between containers.

Integration with Perimatic

The module connects directly to Perimatic pumps via its dedicated connector. Filling pattern programming is managed from the unit itself — no external software required for standard operations. The RS-232 input allows integration with process control systems where needed.
