Panel and Controls
The panel includes everything needed to operate without additional accessories: flow reversal switch, maximum flow pushbutton, remote control, pilot light and main switch. The flow reversal switch allows line purging or tube clearing without removing the head.
Tube Replacement
Head design allows straightforward tube changes under normal conditions. With the CF quick-load head the process is faster still — relevant when working with multiple fluid types or when frequent tube changes are required for chemical compatibility.
Typical Applications
In-line liquid filling and dosing, reagent transfer, tangential filtration processes at laboratory and pilot plant scale. Also suited to applications where cross-contamination is critical — fluid contacts only the tubing, never the pump.
