D-25VT Peristaltic Dispensing Pump with Cyclic Timer

The D-25VT is the cyclic-timer variant of the D-25V peristaltic pump. Flow rate is adjustable from 0.01 to 50 ml/min with 100% repeatability. Dispense time and stop time are programmed independently, making it suited to continuous automated dosing where the same volume must be reproduced cycle after cycle without operator intervention.

Compatible Pump Heads

The pump accepts interchangeable heads depending on the application:

• Head L2000-3r: Cartridge design — tube is integral to the cartridge and released by a single retaining clip. Compatible with 8 mm tubing only.
• Head L1500-2r: For 2.4 mm wall tubing. Recommended for viscous products.
• Head 5000: Self-adjusting — compensates for tube wall wear during extended runs.
• CF quick-load head: Simplifies tube changes. The CF-3r configuration allows two heads to run simultaneously; tube diameter is limited to 4.8 mm in that setup.
