D-25VT 45-3R 80 Peristaltic Dispensing Pump with Cyclic Timer

Peristaltic pump from the D-25VT series — the D-25V platform with an integrated cyclic timer. Designed for continuous, repeated dispensing where volume accuracy per cycle is critical. Digital speed control from 0 to 99% in 1% increments, with 100% repeatability.

Cyclic Timer

The cyclic timer programs dispense time and stop time independently. Any volume per cycle is achievable by adjusting these two parameters. Suited to automatic filling, reagent addition or bioreactor feeding — any intermittent dosing process that runs unattended.

Available Pump Heads

• L2000-3r head: Cartridge with integrated tubing, removable by releasing a retaining clip. Compatible with 8 mm tubing only.
• L1500-2r head: For 2.4 mm wall tubing. Recommended for viscous products.
• 5000 head: Self-adjusting — compensates for tube wall wear during extended runs.
• CF-3r head: Quick-load design, simplified tube change. Supports two simultaneous heads; in that configuration tube diameter is limited to 4.8 mm.
